Ice skating is both a workout and fun, quality time. Some Southern California cities have packed up their rinks, but the winter season is not over yet. Here are several locations in the Inland Empire where you can go ice skating with your friends and family.

Silver Bells Arena – Santa’s Village

During the winter months, SkyPark at Santa’s Village has cold outdoor adventures including scavenger hunts, rock climbing, archery, ax throwing, cookie decorating, and of course, ice skating. SkyPark has the mountain’s only outdoor ice rink.

Enjoy this festive activity day and night. Winter Hours are Thursdays-Sundays 10 am to 5pm. Find Skypark at 28950 California 18 Skyforest, CA 92385.

Cost: Children 4-12 are $39. Adult tickets 13-59 are $49. Park admission includes ice skating and skate rentals.

Center Ice Skating Arena

The fun doesn’t have to be over when the snow melts. The Center Ice Skating Arena located at 201 S Plum Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 has something for everybody year-long. Learn hockey, figure skating, or skating basics.

Cost: Adults are $13 general admission with $4 skate rental. Children are $12 general admission with $4 skate rentals. Group discounts are available.

Ontario Ice Skating Arena Skating School

Founded in 1957, this spacious ice skating rink is the second oldest ice facility in Southern California. They have disco nights and classes ranging from beginner skating to figure and hockey skating.

Ontario Ice Skating Arena Skating School is located at 1225 W Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91762. Disco night is on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Cost: $14 with skates. Class fees vary.

LA Kings Icetown

Get your little ones involved in an active, enriching sport. LA Kings Icetown offers free (yes you read that right!) youth hockey lessons on a first come, first served basis.

LA Kings Icetown is located at 10540 Magnolia Ave # A, Riverside, CA 92505. Check their schedule for open skating times.

Cost: General admission with skate rentals $20. Children 7 years and under are $17. Military admission is $17 with ID. Student admission is $17 with ID. Seniors are $17 with ID.
