where we came from
Founded in 2009 by Jarrod Whitehorn and Adam Clarke, Access Asset management Inc. has sought to command the rental landscape of southwest Riverside County, with integrity, dedication, and a mindset to handle their clients homes as it was their own investment.
By 2010 Access had grown beyond 100 properties and with steady growth and strategies to cooperate with local owners and agents alike Access was able to pass the 500 property milestone in 2015. Thanks to a loyal and steady customer base Access now employs over a dozen high quality professionals to service their portfolio. This led to an second office located in Palm Desert.
Thus displaying Access Asset Management as an industry leader located in the heart of Riverside County bringing peace of mind, prosperity, and simplicity to investors as well as tenants throughout Riverside, Orange, North San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties.
