AccessibilityOur website should work for everyone.
If something on this site is hard to use, tell us and a person will help you get what you need another way.
Our goal
Access Asset Management wants AccessAsset.com to be usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, captions or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet WCAG color contrast, in both light and dark mode.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Every video has captions and a written version on the same page.
- Anything that moves on its own, like our rotating quotes and team spotlight, has a Pause button and stops for visitors who turn on reduced motion.
- Our lease, screening criteria and resident guides are in plain English, and in Spanish at AccessAsset.com/es.
- Pages work at 400% zoom and on small phone screens without sideways scrolling.
Known limits
Some things we link to are run by other companies, including our rental application, resident and landlord portals, and screening company. We ask them to meet the same standard, but we don't control those sites. If one of them doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll help directly.
