How White Glove qualifies
- The home passes our condition inspection.
- The resident was placed and screened by Access.
- Title is held by an individual or a family trust.
- The home isn't covered by AB 1482 or a local rent ordinance.
Good to know
- Published rates are where the conversation starts. Your proposal sets the final terms, and percentage packages carry a minimum monthly management fee per home.
- Percentage packages are 12-month agreements. Admin runs month to month, so it ends when the sale closes or the work is done.
- Full Service and Full Plus are customizable. You set the approval limit and we work inside it.
- Every fee, including add-ons and reduced rates, is listed in your proposal before you sign. Talk to Tom and he'll put one together.
